Work-around for a bug in the new Makefile

The previous version introduced the new Makefile which was affected by some bugs that caused a bad installation of the Monitorix modules. This new file is intended to provide more flexibility to packagers. It also helps to standarize the installation for users that don't have a packaged version for their systems.

If you are using that Makefile and you are affected by this unexpected malfunction, please, consider download the new (patched) Makefile instead of using the one that comes with the latest version.
